4. Server log files
When you visit our website, your browser automatically sends information to the server, which is temporarily stored in log files:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the file accessed
- Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
- browser used and, where applicable, the operating system
The data is processed to ensure a smooth connection, to evaluate system security and stability, and for administrative purposes. The legal basis is Art. 6(1) lit. f DSGVO (GDPR).
5. Audience measurement without cookies
To understand how our website is used, we count page views using our own method operated on our server. No cookies are set, and no data is stored on your device or passed on to third parties. Your IP address is not stored; it is only combined with the browser identifier and a random value that changes daily to form an anonymous checksum, which can no longer be linked to a visit after 24 hours at the latest. The legal basis is Art. 6(1) lit. f DSGVO (GDPR).
6. Contact form and appointment request
If you send us enquiries via a form, your details, including uploaded files, are stored by us to process the enquiry and for follow-up questions, and are created as a task in our internal order system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1) lit. b DSGVO (GDPR) (pre-contractual measures). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Orders in the Air-con shop
To process an order, we process your name, address, installation address, email address, phone number, the selected system and the payment method. The legal basis is Art. 6(1) lit. b DSGVO (GDPR) (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1) lit. c DSGVO (GDPR) (retention obligations under commercial and tax law). Your browser stores the basket locally (Local Storage) until you complete the order or empty the basket; it is not transmitted to us unless you place an order. If you pay in advance, you transfer the amount directly to our bank account.
If you choose online payment, we transmit your name, billing and installation address, email address, phone number, order number and amount to Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands, for payment processing (privacy: https://www.mollie.com/de/privacy). If you choose Klarna there, Mollie passes this data on to Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, which may carry out an identity and credit check for this purpose (privacy: https://www.klarna.com/de/datenschutz/). The legal basis is Art. 6(1) lit. b DSGVO (GDPR).
7a. Applications
If you apply via our careers page, we process your details (name, contact details, information on position, experience and start date, and any documents uploaded voluntarily) exclusively for the application process (Art. 6(1) lit. b DSGVO (GDPR) in conjunction with § 26 BDSG). If no employment relationship is established, we delete the documents no later than six months after the process ends, unless you have consented to longer retention.
7b. Customer area
When you register in the customer area, we store your contact details, your (encrypted) password and the appliance data you enter (type, manufacturer, model, serial number, fuel) as well as uploaded photos in order to review and carry out maintenance contracts (Art. 6(1) lit. b DSGVO (GDPR)). Login uses a session cookie that is technically necessary for operating the customer area. You can delete your account, including data and photos, yourself in the customer area at any time.
