Air-conditioning units are also available in the shop without installation, and we take on larger fireplace and chimney projects further afield by arrangement.

We usually get back to you within one to two working days. With photos of your plans, we can often give you an initial assessment in advance.

Yes, every wood-burning fireplace needs a suitable chimney. If there isn't one, we fit a stainless-steel chimney to the outside of the façade or a system chimney inside the house.

The approval inspection is carried out by your responsible district chimney sweep. We agree the planning with them in advance and put the necessary documents together.

If a suitable chimney connection is available, a wood-burning stove is usually installed and connected in one day. Masonry heaters, built-in fireplaces and new chimneys take a few days depending on the scope – you will receive the schedule with the quote.

Older stoves must comply with the limit values of the 1st Federal Immission Control Ordinance (1. BImSchV). Your district chimney sweep will tell you whether and until when your appliance may be operated. We advise you on replacement, retrofitting or a new insert.

Yes – this is often the quickest and most affordable solution if there is no chimney in the house. We calculate the height, clearances and cross-section and agree them in advance with the district chimney sweep.

Yes. In the configurator, select “Units only – without installation” and specify the accessories exactly. Because split air conditioners contain refrigerant, they may only be installed and commissioned by a certified specialist company – you enter the company at checkout. You collect the goods in Ausbüttel. Installation by our team is available within a 50 km radius around Braunschweig, Gifhorn and Wolfsburg.

Yes. All split air conditioners in our shop are air-to-air heat pumps and can heat too – the performance figures (SCOP) are in each unit's data sheet. For winter operation we recommend the heated condensate tray as an extra.

Units, wall or floor bracket, core drilling, refrigerant and data line up to the specified length, condensate drainage, pressure test, evacuation and commissioning. Not included are the electrical connection from the fuse box and scaffolding – we will clarify this with you beforehand.

After our order confirmation by payment in advance (bank transfer) – you then pay the lower advance-payment price with no payment fees. We usually install a single-split system in one day, and a multi-split system serving several rooms in one to two days – including pressure test and commissioning.

Usually not. In owners' associations you need the consent of the association, and as a tenant that of your landlord. The outdoor unit should be far enough away from your neighbours so that it does not disturb them at night – we will advise you on this on site.

In that case you can order units and accessories in the shop without installation and collect them in Ausbüttel. The system must be installed and commissioned by a certified F-gas company, which you specify when ordering.

We recommend maintenance once a year, ideally before the heating season. With a maintenance contract, we contact you automatically.

You pay no basic fee, only for each maintenance visit at the current price plus travel – you can see the prices on the “Maintenance contract” page. The contract can be cancelled in writing at any time.

Dust and germs collect in filters, heat exchangers and condensate trays. Annual cleaning ensures hygienic air, full performance and low power consumption – and many manufacturers require it for their warranty.
