Payment & delivery

Currently: With payment in advance (bank transfer) you pay 3,7 % less than the online price – these are the payment fees that do not apply. Online payment is available: Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna (invoice or instalments).

Payment methods

Online payment is handled by our payment service provider Mollie. You will receive the payment button with the order confirmation.

Payment methods

Payment in advance (bank transfer): After our order confirmation, you transfer the amount to our account. There are no payment fees – which is why you pay the lower payment-in-advance price. The bank details are given in the order acknowledgement and in the order confirmation.
Online – Klarna, PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay: via our payment service provider Mollie. With the order confirmation you receive a payment button and choose the payment method there – with Klarna also pay by invoice or in instalments.

Why is there a payment-in-advance price?

Our shop prices include the fees for online payment (Klarna, PayPal, card). If you pay by bank transfer, these costs do not arise and you get them back as a discount. The payment-in-advance price corresponds exactly to our quote price as a trade business – online you never pay less or more than the actual fees.

Installation or collection

With installation: Delivery and installation by our own team within a radius of 50 km around Braunschweig, Gifhorn, Wolfsburg, Peine and Celle. The configurator checks the installation location using the postcode.
Units only – without installation: You collect units and accessories from us in Ausbüttel; delivery is possible by arrangement. Installation and commissioning only by a certified F-gas company, which you specify when ordering.
